OSTW in the context of Stages of information flow

1. The real world

What is in there? - Matter, Energy, Other and Variability of these.
2. The results of observations
What is in there? - There are results of measures from measuring devices and what the senses record.

3. Mind
What is in there? - There are mental representations and the real-world models in a version: colloquial models or scientific models; there are also mental processes.
4. OSTW
What is it and what is in there? - OSTW is an overlay onto the human mind. Set of concepts, definitions and theorems used for the qualitative description of reality and holistic vision of reality. OSTW is, perhaps, the operationalization of wisdom.
5. Mathematics
What is this? - This is a set of ideals and ideal orders (models, formulas) used in the quantitative description of reality, and the calculation of specific values.
6. Transfer
What is this? - Another new creation, which mediates between minds and consists of three components: the MEANS of communication, the CONTENT of a message and the TONE of communication.
  • Means of communication that’s a selected medium: video, text, image, sound, etc.
  • The content of the transmission is the knowledge transferred.
  • The tone of the message is the knowledge received by the minds of recipients, often different from the content.
7. Recipient
What is this? - These are senses, emotions, and mind of the one to whom an information is transmitted through the medium. The mind is both own mental processes, their type and effectiveness, as well as models of reality kept, that among others determine whether the recipient understands the message.
